On a well-maintained 5,000 m² property with lemon and orange trees, as well as Mediterranean oaks, there are two houses, each with its own separate driveway. One of these houses is Villa Nitiola, which can accommodate up to 8 people.

Ground floor:
Living room with an open, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with a double bed and private terrace, shower room, separate WC.

Upper floor:
2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 room with two bunk beds, shower room with WC.

Terrace and Garden:
Large, partially covered terrace with sea views and a large, well-maintained Mediterranean garden with fruit trees.

Bedding and towels: Guests are required to bring their own. On request, they can be provided for an additional fee.

All bedrooms are equipped with practical built-in wardrobes.
